Refund Policy
Business listings on Whidbey Island Bulletin are $30/month.
First 7 Days
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you'll receive a full refund.
After 7 Days
No refunds are issued. If you cancel, your listing remains active through the end of your current billing period.
Subsequent Months
This policy applies to your first month only. We don't offer refunds on subsequent months.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Visit your dashboard and go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel to stop future billing.
For refunds within the 7-day window, please contact us directly and we'll process your refund.
